No services shall be rendered without advance payment.
No products will be delivered without advance payment.
Payments online are via PayPal or Payfast.
Payments offline are via EFT and incur a 5% bank charge which will be added to your invoice.
Bookings can be done online or via info@thehealingroom.co.za
All private sessions, group sessions and live interactive courses are done via Zoom and the link is automatically generated once your payment has been received.
To arrange an ‘in person’ private session or a Zoom private session contact info@thehealingroom.co.za to make the appointment.
Minors need parental consent for all services provided by The Healing Room.
The Healing Room sessions focus on the person who has the appointment. We do not do third party sessions or healings that focus on a person other than the one who has the appointment.
Cancellation
By booking for any of our services you agree to give The Healing Room 48 hours cancellation notice if you need to change or cancel the date and time for the services or products booked. Failure to do so will result in the service being charged in full.
Disclaimer
The services provided at The Healing Room do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. ‘Healing’ in regard to the Mentoring and Healing sessions we provide may not cure or treat an illness, and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis or treatments but is a complimentary form of therapy that is meant to be carried out in addition to any prescribed treatments or medications. If we feel that you need to seek out professional help in any of the matters that you bring up in your sessions, you will be advised to seek an appropriate, licensed, and certified professional.
Confidentiality
The matters discussed during your sessions shall remain confidential and shall not be divulged to any third party by The Healing Room and its staff. The only reason The Healing Room would break confidentiality is if you were to mention that you intended to harm yourself or another person.
Indemnity
By booking and paying for any of the services or products provided by The Healing Room and by joining any of their community platforms and attending any of their networking events, you are undertaking by your own accord to indemnify The Healing Room, their practitioners and suppliers from any harm, loss or damages of any nature, whether bodily harm, trauma or any other damages to you or your property resulting from the sessions, courses or products, whether directly or indirectly.
Online Zoom Mentoring and Healing Sessions
Once you have booked your appointment online and payment has been received, a confirmation email with your Zoom link for your session will be sent to you.
If you need to reschedule, 48 hours advance notice is required. Otherwise the session will be charged in full and no second/make-up appointment granted.
The Zoom meeting will be opened at the pre-arranged date and time.
Please check your time zone in relation to SAST so you know what time your appointment is in your time zone.
The Zoom meeting room will be kept open for 15 minutes. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time of the meeting then the session will be considered cancelled without notice and no refund will be issued.
*Please note that it is advisable for you to prepare yourself for a mentoring and healing session. You should take about 15 minutes to calm down, meditate if you can, and concentrate on breathing. A healing session is more effective if you are prepared.
If you are running late the session will end at the pre-arranged time. The session will not be extended because of your delay.
There will be no refund given or second appointment scheduled if you miss your appointment time (a.k.a. ‘no show’).
If for unforeseen reasons The Healing Room cannot open the Zoom meeting or if there are technical challenges with the local Wi-Fi that prevent the session from being completed then your appointment will be rescheduled. The Healing Room will send you a message via WhatsApp to notify you that we are having technical challenges and need to reschedule your appointment.
